I do a cocktail with st germain, creme de violette, and lime juice topped with prosecco and a lemon twist. If the twist is long enough it makes a yellow spiral down the purple cocktail (purple and gold cocktail maybe...)

My wife loves a Kir Royale: Sugar rimmed champagne flute filled with champagne and a splash of Creme de Cassis (black currant liqueur) - dont use too much cassis though or else it becomes too sweet and syrupy.

Currently infusing some strawberries in Chambord (black raspberry liqueur), which I will add by the spoonful to a flute of champagne. It will be enjoyed by all.
