light arse skeet shell got stuck in the chamber. how can I get this issue resolved?

Did you get it at Wal Mart? I know two other people with 1187s that won't handle all loads.
I have an old one from the eighties and it has never failed but these new ones are not built the same--at least not the ones they sell at Wal Mart.
One friend sent his back to Remington twice.
