I wonder how Johnson felt after being crossed over by a 37 year old PF

I played at a really good JUCO like 100 years ago and a ton of my friends coach. I try but can't watch NBA basketball, college ball is awful but I can always watch Duncan and the Spurs. To be fair if the NBA games were shorter and the season wasn't so long it would help. The biggest issue I have with the NBA is that the officiating is mind boggling, if they just called the game straight up and were consistent across the board it could be fantastic.

That's not really a true crossover. The defender came flying around him from behind, reaching for the ball. He wasn't squared up in front of Timmy trying to defend him.

How much longer do you think Pop is going to coach the Spurs? I knew him when he was an Air Force Captain at the Academy in the mid 70s. I certainly didn't expect him to be a successful NBA coach with four titles.

I think Duncan's contract expires after next season and then he and Pop ride out in the sunset together.

That would make sense. Pop was fortunate to coach two of the best big men in the past 25 years.
