Anyone's hunting affected by Miss River?

Looks like we may get a jump in the river beginning in January

Choir should be happy, hes usually saying how he needs the river to come up to hunt his holes.

When the river hits 41' in Natchez, our road in Dolorosa becomes water. All boat access then.

made my life harder. spots i used to hike to are now easily accessible by boat, so they're overrun with people. just gotta do some more scouting though....

Last week it said we were gonna be a slow fall. With the rise they are getting up north I figure we'll see at least a slow few feet rise

frick, I haven't paid attention to it. I'll be in natchez jan 4th-7th. That river can go frick itself. We hunt floodplains south of town

I think you are probably right... I usually keep up with the river daily, but been off the grid for a week...

Got access to a place on cat island that will hold some ducks if we get a good slug pass by...

Cool. My buddies tract is all the way down the road...bordered on one side by the refuge...

Haven't been in a few years now... Need to get out there.

im a cat island hunter also. i love it when the river comes up you have better odds of killing. once it gets closed time to go to tunica hills.

yeah, I'd Ike out chances. Plus I'm not banned this year so I imagine we could really run score up. The river coming up ain't gonna do nothing but help
