Sounds like a very unbiased viewpoint.

He may be extremely talented but CP3 plays like the biggest bitch. I can't stand him.

I really don't care, but I'm bound to think of that being a likely cause when you see so many ugly, obvious Chris Paul flops out there. He's pretty well proven to be that bush league type of player. Maybe that wasn't the case now, but it's something a boy who cried wolf situation right now.

The only thing I can figure is that he catches the ball moving forward and sees Rubio take that step in to him(before backing out) and Paul thinks Rubio is gonna come up to take one of those sneaky charges. I think thats why you see Paul stop his momentum and raise the forearm, to brace for the contact from Rubio.

No basketball player wants to step on someone's foot like that. 90 percent of the time the top foot is the one injured. Did anyone here play basketball?

exactly. that's why dirty players would slide their foot underneath the elevated foot of a jump shooter.

I think Paul was doing his usual bitchy shite and hurt Rubio incidentally, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was intentional

Paul's a douche, but I don't think he was intending to trip Rubio there.

thats because your biased (like all the other idiots ITT thinking he intentionally meant to step on Rubios toe).

Cp3 has always been a douche.

I didn't say he intentionally stepped on his toe. I said he intentionally tried to make contact so he could flop. Sure I liked him when he played for us because he was a good player for us but it does seem to only have gotten worse. If you would've kept reading you would've seen where I acknowledged him doing some of the same dirty plays as a Hornet.

It really doesn't.

If Rubio did that same exact thing to Paul, instead of 90% saying it's intentional, it would be like 10%

Are you guys looking at the same gif I am? CP is obviously a flopping machine, but if he was trying to step on his foot, would it not have been simpler to try and step on Rubio's RIGHT foot...the one closet to him instead of trying to time hitting his left foot which was way on the other side?

Looks like he was just trying to haphazardly lunge into him to draw a cheap foul and somehow managed to get his foot onto Rubio's left ankle without hitting Rubio's right leg as it started to swing around.

Jeez exactly. No way CP3 was trying to step on someones foot. Easiest way to turn an ankle.

This is a shitty thread

I say no. You have to take long strides or first steps to get around anyone. Short choppy steps don't get you anywhere fast. You learn that before college game.
