It's certainly the best version of Resident Evil that you are ever going to play.

4 has been ported so much it's pretty easy to find. REMake only came to Gamecube. I think it's good if you enjoy the first RE game. I don't believe they changed a ton with it outside of the graphics, which is a significant improvement.

There are some new weapons as well as new areas of the game that take you outside of the mansion.

I've never been huge fan of the series, but I enjoyed the crap out of 5...........if that tells you anything

While an amazing game, it's not worth 86 dollars. Try calling up your local GameStops or if you live near Esplanade mall in Kenner, they have a new place where GameStop used to be. Fun 4 Play I think and they carry a ton of classic games.
