Down 3 with a future NFL kicker and you don't attempt a 56 yarder with less than 8 minutes in the game?

You deserve to lose this one.

pit ULL deep with backup QB and your defense having momentum

I understand why Johnson made that decision

They have one of the best in the game and didn't give him the chance to tie it up. It's a head scratcher.

Curtis Johnson is brain dead. He has no QB or line. You have to kick it and hope for OT

It was absolutely the right decision. We pinned them inside the 10 and the defense had been balling all half.

from that spot i think you kick. should have ran a play on 3rd like a draw to get a few more yards for the kicker

Not a bad decision considering how bad ULLs offense has been.

Funny you made this thread 10 minutes later, after ull had already started moving the ball

idk man a 56 yarder definitely isn't a given and it's a game of field position.

Plus that last kick of the Iron Bowl was a 56 yarder so you know anything can happen

Previous drives by ULL have been
4 plays
6 plays
6 plays
5 plays
3 plays
6 plays

Had to go with the percentages as the d had played well to that point. This drive went 8
