What price are they asking, I looked on the site but didn't see one? I am sure it is going to as high as eagle pussy with a long wait.

$4,250. I called and spoke to Mr. Walter. They are full this season but he told me get back to him in the spring. I'd like to talk with someone that's hunted it to get their thoughts.

Thats a not too bad for what you're getting, Not sure how well managed it is though. I would start saving and get a buddy or two together and just buy some property. 200 -300 acres is enough for 3 guys in that area imho.

You will be disappointed, it is not what it appears to be. They have a lot of 1 year member due to this etc. Owner is a nice guy fwiw

I checked them out, they're a lot more expensive and not nearly as much land to hunt.

Just wondering if it's worth the money. I don't mind paying it in the least if it is. I live in the piney woods and I'm tired if that type of hunting and would like to pay one lease and have the opportunity to both deer and duck hunt.

I was wondering about that place too. I have land in sicily island for deer but I would love to have somewhere nice to duck hunt. Damn blinds on the delta and Angelina are upwards of 8k a year nowadays. Thats a little steep imo.

Clayton Farms sucks. Cypress Point isn't much better. Angelina is VERY hit and miss. They went from 6 to 8k in one yr.

Angelina is hit and miss for sure Clayton had two blinds on there as part of the club and Clayton's duck hunting was going down when we left but the deer hunting was getting better because it was being managed better. Most of your duck hunting is in pits on the one large piece of farm property which was also kind of hit and miss. With all that being said it was a cool place to hunt being that you could hunt everything right there but we hate ducks more than anything and the numbers weren't there
