The fantasy itch will not get me again next summer...I'm out

After I lost in the championship 2 out of the last 4 years, and losing in the semis last year and this year I'm 100% certain that I'm done.

I told myself the same thing last year and I got the "itch" in July. No more, I'm done chasing a championship. I feel like Tony Gonzales. I've earned quite a few pay outs in my fantasy career but never the trophy.

Now I'm back to being a fan only. I think I'll be a better person now.

Once you realize how much of a crapshoot the playoffs are, the less pissed you will get when you lose.
Playoffs in 3 out of my 4 leagues:
#1 seed, total pts champ - Ousted after bye
#2 seed - Ousted after bye
#6 seed that snuck into playoffs over 100 points behind all other playoff teams -- SUPER BOWL

I was a 6 seed last year, 2n most pts in league and won the championship.
This year I'm a 2, most pts in league and heading back to the the title game!

Try fantasy football playoffs, I actually make more cash in the playoffs based off "One and done" leagues and best lineups week to week.

Eh, frick. The unpredictability is what makes it fun.
I went 12-1 during the regular season, and I had the most points by about 200.
I lost to a dude who stumbled into the last playoff spot, assbackwards. It happens. I'll get 'me next year...or I won't.

I played 9 leagues this year (it's been discussed )
I will be in the Championship game in 6 of those 9 leagues. My oldest league? Crushed in the semis again. Luck is a part of it, but good owners win more than not.
