Les Miles is one of two coaches that will give Saban a run for his money

Malzahn being the other. With a decent defense, Les will consistently challenge Saban and will beat him. No doubt here.

Oh my gosh... hush with all the "Yey, Les Miles" threads!!! Y'all are more annoying every day. Your Saban "penis envy" is just as obvious as those that hate Miles. You're just lying to yourself.

Yet Les hasn't been mentioned in any other coaching vacancy since the michigan debacle in 2007. Reckon why that is?

Why did you have to bring a penis into this?

And what is with the "Hey, look at me" thread? What value does it add to the board? It is posters like you that keep good posters threads bumped down the list. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I have never seen such a collection of morons in one place as the rant. Give Miles, Meyer, Richt, etc Alabama's schedule and they would have the same record. Alabama's recent success is three fold, great coaching, favorable schedule and benefit of the voting. Sabear has had one undefeated season at Alabama.....let me repeat, Sabear has had ONE undefeated season at Alabama but you idiots think he is unquestionably the greatest coach of all time. In the middle of this great run, he was saddled with one tough schedule in 2010. They finished 9-3 and FOURTH in the SEC West. He's a great coach but he isn't any better than the coaches I mentioned above. All of them could at Alabama what he has done.

I'd leave your dad out of this discussion. Anyhow, my question stands, why were you thinking of a penis?

Not sure what you mean by this. At this point it is pretty apparent that Les, the fan base and the athletic department at LSU are all content losing 2-3 games a season (1 will ALWAYS be Bama until Saban retires) and going to mediocre bowls. Losing to Bama will never affect Les' standing. It's expected.

Bama loses 3 games next year, book it. They still haven't stopped a competent DT/Running QB. If Manziel's defense was even the slightest decent, Saban has two loses.

Saban has problems with spread/HUNH offenses. He will face two in TAMU and Auburn and LSU will have a competent mobile QB with a top 10 defense. He's going to fall on his face next year, then we can finally get these slob knobbers to shut the frick up.

losing 3 in a row including two 21 point losses really sounds like giving it a run for the money.

I agree......and another thing I get gus has done a great job at auburn this year and also the championship year when he had cam.....but before I put him ahead of clm and saban I want to see if he can do it over a period of time...

you forgot to mention lsu has two sec titles one bcs title and one other bcs appearance after going undefeated in the regular season..... after losing most of the defense after last season im happy with going to a "mediocre" bowl as you put it on new years day.....with another top recruiting class coming in I see great things to come for our tigers, but go ahead and keep worshiping bama if you want to...just remember when you are wearing your lsu garb and high fiving your buddies when the tigers are winning another sec and national title that your really a fraud not a fan.....

I'm guessing it is because you're uninformed.
