Has anyone looked into this? I'm posting here because of the fact that Bama is in on at least four players that we are on off the top of my head: Malik McDowell, LF, Tony Brown and Lorenzo Carter. They have 24 commitments currently, and there was supposed to be a hard and fast limit in the SEC of 25 as I recall, but that didn't stop A&M from signing 30+ in their first year in the SEC.

So, what gives? How many spots do they have left?

As many as they need. You know how it goes with Bama and the league office.

This question is asked every year regarding Alabama. The answer is they'll make the numbers work. If there guys who want in that are more talented than any already committed, then they'll tell the less talented guys to look elsewhere.

Same story every year.

(I didn't mean that in a rude way, but it's just an annual topic.)

Plus if you have any injury, you're out. That's how we got Kwon Alexander. Thank you Nicky!

Since that rule was implemented, we've signed 23, 23 and 26, respectively. And remember, last year we had a slew of juniors declare for the draft. This whole process seems like a jumbled mess.

I think 2, but if Saban leaves, that will free up some cap room so they can disperse their money to more recruits

I don't know. Why do some people feel that because they are sitting in their mom's basement with a keyboard in front of them that they can curse people out lower than a dog when, in real life, they would cower in the corner like the little pusses that they are? Some questions just have no answer.

Not knocking you, but you may want to take this kind of thread to the SEC recruiting board. You may get a few better responses than you'll get here.

You come here from nowhere asking Bama questions on the LSU recruiting board then act like some badass ninja when you get called out....

Pretty sure some of those you are calling out would beat you to a stupid gump question asking pulp.

But then again my moms basement is dark and I have trouble seeing down here....

I've literally never been inside of a basement. Closest thing was an underground wine cellar at some rich dude's house.

Do people have basements in la?

Well, think about it- Bama affects our recruiting! Look at the numbers- Bama has as many recruits from Louisiana (4) as they do from the state of Alabama! Yes, check the recruiting classes- Bama has only 4 this year from their own state!
