I'm saying they don't stop the game due to weather just because it's uncomfortable to play in or you might not play as well with a bunch of snow on the ground.
They stop the game for serious things like lightning. But they aren't going to stop the game because the weather may impact performance.

Why is it luck? Teams who play in cold weather are more likely to beat a team who doesnt play in cold weather. They build their rosters for that specific purpose. Say what you want, but there is a way, an art to sort of say, about playing in the snow.

Pasadena is the best option.
Grass and great weather.
I can see the argument against the elements, but no way am I watching Philly and the Lions without the snow appeal.

Most football players are from the Deep South and California where it's warm. I still don't like cold Super Bowls. Players have weeks to practice up in the cold. Practice has a lot to do with it.

I've sat through some awful arse itching, cold mf'n games. For the money that is being charged to enter the stadium, the fans should have a dry experience.

The correct way to look at this is to disregard the weather and just enjoy the game regardless of the elements.
Any issue that anyone takes with any kind of weather (that doesn't put people in immediate danger) during a football game, regardless of the game's importance, should be ignored.
Part of the beauty of football is that it goes head-to-head with nature and its chance. Part of what makes a football team great is its ability to adapt to a specific game's situation, be it the other team's style, the playing surface, the influence of the crowd, the game's importance, and the effect of the elements.

In so in some of you guy's retarded minds, this seems "fair" or "logical" for the 1 game that determines a champion? There isn't home field advantage in the Superbowl (at least not yet). You want what team can score more 2 pt conversions because it's too fricking hard to kick an extra point?
The venue is supposed to house fans to watch a championship game. It happens once a year. It's not supposed to be the decider of the game. How fricking dumb are some of you people to think this one game should be played in shite weather because of dumb arse statements like "players are spoiled" or "football was meant to be played in snow!"?
Domes or sunny weather make a level playing field for BOTH teams. As fans, we get to see a great game decided by the coaches and players. Not by dumb fricking luck. I tell you, some of you guys are morons
