Should I accept this trade. Xbox One for numerous items

I have an extra Xbox One I paid 500$ for
a guy is offering
32" flat screen tv (idk any more)
xbox 360 slim 250gb modded
jailbroken ps3 40 gb
a nes
a psp
a regular xbox
an n64
and $100 cash..
Even tho it seems pretty even, still not sure if it's worth it. Probably more worth it if he upped the cash. Should I counter with all that and $150 or $200..

First off, you need to make sure that in any event that you do wind up doing a trade with this dude that all the shite he is offering is in good working condition.

Would definitely go with it. IMO, the N64 and the PS3 alone would be enough to make me trade.

I think I'm going to do it. As long as it all checks out as working.
I also asked if he had a spare computer monitor (something I need) and he does and will also include that. The tv has 3 HDMI inputs as well so it can't be too bad.

You can get a used N64 and a PS3 for like $100.

Not money wise, he'd come out with the more value at the moment. Could probably get 6-700 for all that stuff on eBay right now. (adding in the $100 cash he'd get).
