Fruit Leather/Fruit Roll Ups : Turkey Jerky

Anyone on here ever make this? Any good recipes to share?
I just got my first dehydrator and figured I'd start with that as I figured I'd be a bit less likely to screw this up vs Jerky.
Threw in some grapes, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries and raw honey. It smells absolutely delicious, but FWIW the Cabelas Digital Dehydrator is the biggest POS on the market(or at least I'm assuming so).
Also, anyone have any good turkey jerky recipes? That will be my mission for tomorrow. I was thinking of adding some lemon pepper seasoning, but I honestly have no idea what I'm doing here and would love suggestions.

Jerky isn't that hard to do. Just marinate to your liking. Fruit roll up's, those are kinda hard to get the flavoring down.
