Great looking kid, strong, runs well has a cannon. Actually by himself on that team. Unless someone was hiding there are no other D1's on this team. To average 51 pts per game and take their team to the 5A finals. Great get for LSU.
In a side note, the guy that put the most licks on him and was a big reason they only scored 28 was Covington's Gerrald McDowell. His parents say LSU has picked up the pressure on him. other parents in the stands say he's gonna be a Tiger.

We need this guy to come in, put 25-30 lbs on and get in the DL rotation.

I saw McDowell play against St Aug and Parkway this year, and in each game he was all over Fournette and Harris. We need to get this kid. If we don't it will definitely be one that we looked back and regretted not getting. And he def has enough size to play DE at least.

I don't see him playing DE at LSU, just needs to add a few pounds. Dorsey was 6'1.5" and was pretty good, and Nevis dominated at 285lbs. Sometimes its the fight in the tiger, and not the measurables. If they think Valentine stays home, got to ramp it up IMO.

McDowell is a strange specimen. He looks great physically, but not for DL. Extreme tweener. I saw him play 4 games this year, 2 of them against good competition he balled out and hustled. The other 2 it's like he didn't even feel like getting out of his stance at times. His motor is questionable to me at times.

Brandon is a legit 6'2" to 6'3" with a cannon for an arm and great wheels. The tools are most definetely there!

Local coaches in the area rave about him as well. Could certainly use the DT depth.

I got to see Parkway play once this year. BH is a hugh talent, but they also had a big wide out (6'5" if he was a nickle), and had good speed and hands, but they barely used him. I was very perplexed. He looked like he could have dominated.

Broderick Jefferson. He's going to Tech. He was a big part of the offense this year.

ETA: He's only like 5'10 though.

When I saw him, my first thought was no way is he a DT. He looks like a typical Gump LB, but he was a high energy guy and looked really really good at FB.

What about lose 10lbs and be a force in the middle? Does he have the athleticism for MLB? 6'1 240 would be nice at MLB
