If you have a question about a specific recruit, 247 has the primary and secondary recruiters for each school for many prospects (but not all).

it's hard to say because they all kind of team up on recruits.

Type in the coaches name with rivals after it. Like Frank Wilson rivals.
Not sure how accurate it is, but its what ive used in the past.
LINK
Thats Frank Wilsons page. You can see where you can change which coach you want to view.
Also, recruiting is pretty much a team effort. Coaches are designated certain areas and hot beds early on and all that. But once that player gets older and a bigger recruit, it becomes more of a team effort. We will send Frank Wilson anywhere in the country to recruit a big time player. And we will send Les anywhere in the country to recruit a big time players Mom
Point is, just because they are the coach for that area doesnt mean its just him doing the recruiting etc. I mean we arent going to send a guy like Chavis to be the recruiter for a WR prospect. Mostly we try and see if we have a chance of getting the player. And if we do, then we send the Position Coach of the recruit, Frank Wilson, and Miles... aka the big guns.

And every recruit doesn't have or say that information. Once you get past the high ranking players, most profiles do not get updated until they commit or get major recognition.
