every time they see Marouane Fellaini out there on the pitch? I mean the guy is grossly overrated, and they got 27.5million, for an average player.

He's reckless, has poor technique, lazy, and his only asset, is that he's tall. The Peter Crouch of Midfield.

They have to chuckle at the money they stole from Man U. I laughed the day it was announced, and i know Kenwright has to enjoy getting over on Man u and Moyes.

It would of been a horrible price to pay, if he was English(english always fetch big prices in epl), but he's not. They are stuck with him for at least 2 more years, then loaned to Genk or Brugge and hopefully they can get 5-6 Mil for him from some one.

overpriced? probably

It's always been said that DM is his best position, but I have yet to see that be the case. When he was playing CAM last year he showed good technical ability. He's in a new team and doesn't pay consistently. That's new for him. He's use to playing every game and being the most important player.

I don't think he has good technique, at least as far as midfielders at top clubs go. his passing and lack of technique is why I didn't want him at Arsenal.

he's a blunt instrument who was overhyped because he had a good start to last season playing as a striker of sorts. good player but not great.

Agree that he was overrated especially considering some other defensive/box to box midfielders that moved this summer. He's no Kevin Strootman.

He has ok technique but nothing particularly eye opening. His fantastic hairstyle is his main quality. That and his brute physicality in the bloodbath that EPL matches often become.

Speaking of which, was anyone else kind of amazed at this stretch of play in the United / Everton match today: beginning with Fellaini's kung fu kick into that guy's thigh through the next 4 or so minutes until Everton's goal there were 3-4 studs up, scissoring take down fouls and an intentional handball that probably would have resulted in 2-3 red cards and 1-2 yellows in any other matches I'm used to watching?

It was brutal.

He was a panic buy, a last resort after missing out on their other targets. That should tell you all you need to know.
