When will LSU find their diamond in the rough @ qb

Since 2000 LSU has been one of the top programs in all of cfb. This team 4-1 in the sec title game 2-1 in bcs title games since 2000 all done without an elite qb. Russell & Perilloux were the closest thing to elite but left a lot on table.
Mauck was okay was no where near a superstar.
Russell had a chance but jump to the NFL.
Flynn avg career at best.
Perilloux had Heisman written all over him with at least 2 years left to play but he was a dumbass.
Lee & JJ if the Tigers had any of the guys mention, Les would have been kissing crystal 01/09/12
Mett Cam was 2 years to late, if Cam comes to LSU after the 2010 season LSU is Looking at 3 straight bcs titles. Defense could have helped his case this season. Hate to see this guy Leave.
When will the Tigers get that elite guy that sticks with this program and become known As the best to ever play in BR?
Is Jennings that guy? I damn sure hope so.
