Supposedly "outraged" he didn't get the HC job. Ogre to Texas.

This is not good IMO. I was hoping he's stay far far away from the SEC.

UCLA should welcome him with open arms.

He was one of the worst head coaches in the SEC in the past 20 years. Did he or anyone else really think he had a legitimate shot of taking over at one of the most prestigious programs in the country?

I doubt he's outgraged he didn't get the job. I can see him being outraged he didn't get the job over Sark. Right outta the gate. WOuldn't you be pissed if you were O and did a damn fine job and had the reigns handed to another unproven coach without much of a serious push for something bigger?

He wasn't the best coach in the world, but he brought the talent level of Ole Miss back up to par with the SEC.

I'd bring him in has recruiting coordinator if I was Will Muschamp. Just imagine the locker room antics with all the screaming and staring and drooling between those two!

Seriously thought, I would make him my defensive/recruiting coordinator if I was a school like Miss State or Illinois or some team like that that needs talent in a tough conference.

Hell Houston Nutt went to two Cotton Bowls with Ed O's talent

Match made in an insane asylum. Pelini, Muschamp, Ogre, and Cochran. Make it happen.

I won't deny his recruiting ability, but his actual record as a coach was abysmal despite pulling in that talent. Only 3 SEC wins in three seasons, and those were against Kentucky, Vanderbilt, and Miss. St.
