no idea, our crowd is bipolar.

I had good hopes until ASU accepted the godaddy bid today. prolly our usual 14k~ base + cajuns but we could do better with the gumps out of the SECCG

Didn't UL-Lafayette share the title a few years back?

Just looked it up. 2005 was the first.

We're going to be led by a RFr. quarterback and true Fr. running back on Saturday. If we give Elijah the ball >20 times, we win, IMO

yep 3 way tie. Lost out on NOLA bowl when it was played in Lafayette (due to Katrina) with Arkansas State getting the tie breaker by slim margin.

Yup, I remember reading a article in the Times-Picayune.

I remember seeing the conf championship shirts for sale at Louisiana Hot Stuff. So this makes #2

just a guess... 24,000.

if we could pull the upset we'd be bowl eligible. But I know some 6 win teams don't get bowl bids.

Arkansas State has already been named as one of the teams to play in the GoDaddy Bowl.

I'm confident that Haack will play well and improve the passing game that has been lacking. We all know Elijah is good

Looks like ULM, WKU, and USA (if they win) will all be bowl eligible but left out. WKU could possibly end up in Detroit though.

yeah, essentially this is our bowl game

I'm sure y'all are flattered.

the loss to Arkansas State was crushing. Metheny threw a horrible interception in the endzone at the end of a long sustained drive to start the second half.

that play changed everything.

but I've been happy with the turnaround we've had this year.

I don't expect us to win Saturday but I'd imagine it should be a better game than last year.

ULM fans readily admitted that they didn't care what their record was as long as they beat us -- that was kind of cute.

Should be a good game. We haven't played a complete game since the second Tuesday game. We need to abandon that bend but don't break shite on defense and put some pressure on the QB. Our soft zones are HORRIBLE. Any QB with half a brain and somewhat functioning shoulder can pick it apart.
