Anyone have a good grilled catfish recipe?

Season with your favorite all purpose seasoning then onto a hot grille or skillet. Cook til done then hit with a squeeze of fresh lemon as soon as it comes off. Enjoy with some grilled vegetables.

Pretty much
What I do is get a skillet hot as hell and then season both sides with blackening or old bay and then put it top down for about 3-4 minutes to crisp one side. I flip it and then put it in the oven for about 6-8 minutes. Perfecto
Serve over rice
