Did the Steelers organization commit a foul?

Oh it was just Tomlin? And it didn't affect the play?

Fine him $100k. Fine him 200k.

Don't take a draft pick away.

Complete and utter bullshite by the NFL. The man made a simple mistake and owned up to it immediately, give him a simple fine just to show to you know you can't do that but c'mon....

Nope. He just said he was watching the jumbotron and didn't know he was on the field. I kind of believe him.

Process vs results.

He was rather clearly attempting to affect the play, that is all that should matter.

Though I'd much prefer he get some sort of suspension as opposed to lost draft picks, I hate that idea.

Ridiculous they're giving him this for something so insignificant but they gave the Pats the same for something far, FAR worse.

It wasn't simple.

It wasn't a mistake.

And he didn't own up to it at all.

Yeah he did. He apologized for being on the field after the game.

This...is irrelevant.

He tried to affect the play.

I'm starting to think I'm the only one who understands the whole process vs results thing.
