One thing is for sure for me. Had LSU won 41-17 I wouldn't remember this game by the end of January, 2014. As it was, I will remember the day the freshman center, snapped the ball to the freshman QB, who hit the freshman WR to complete an improbable 99 yard drive to win the game. The fact that it was a bad Arkansas team will be an afterthought.

You have to admit its a bit frustrating to see this defense today compared to last week.

It was but A&M not even trying to run also made our run D look better. Give the D some credit for forcing those 3 and outs late. Without them Arkansas wins.

Overall I agree it was tense but very enjoyable win and a great hope inducing ending.

This was the first game in a while where I didn't give a shite whether we won or lost. The weather was perfect, the atmosphere in TS was great, and it was fun just acting a fool, cussing the defense, and cheering for the tigers. The win was gravy!!!

Nah they're just sinking into complacency getting excited to go to a 3rd tier bowl game.

agree

This is exactly right. Once you start accepting mediocrity that's what you're going to get. When you celebrate a miracle come from behind win against a 28 point underdog instead of asking how in the world were you in that position in the first place you are in deep doo doo.

We're not supposed to be rebuilding anymore we're supposed to be reloading. Despite the loss in the Iron Bowl I haven't detected any real drop off at Bama. At least they were playing to get in the championship game.

We've had two lousy endings to the seasons in a row.

Now people are talking about making a Championship run next year when we'lll have no returning starters at QB or receiver. And 12 games into the season we have a defense can't cover a wide open Tight end in the endzone, not once but repeatedly.

But I guess we're going to fix that in Spring Practice too?
