Need a turkey gravy with mushrooms recipe

Anybody have a tried and true turkey gravy with mushrooms? My uncle used to make this years ago but he's not with us anymore. Any help would be appreciated!!

I haven't made the gravy yet. Made the stock. It was delicious. Froze it. Will make the gravy tomorrow probably.
