Dude needs to frick off. They got way more calls than us and that was an egregious hit. Think about what you're saying and then look at what they're flagging for around the league. If you barely tap the QBs helmet they're gonna call "blow to the head." But you're gonna complain about nearly decaptiating Brees via clothesline? STFU

They're lucky they didn't get blown the frick out thanks to a gifted 17 points.

This from the same team that lobbied for roughing the passer to be called if the QB is hit handing off on a zone read play... Freakin Hypocrits.

You can't put your shoulder/bicep into a qb's head and neck area.

If you get three turnovers, you should win the game. The forty-whiners didn't deserve to win. I'm glad it was a heart-breaker for them instead of a blow out- harder for them to swallow.

LOL at this whiney bitch. The 49ers got EVERY call in this game. I could rattle off 5 off the top of Mt head.

Cry me a river. Haha.

The initial hit was fine in that I dont think it was helmet to helmet or anything..then he grabbed Brees under the chin egregiously

No, it wasn't. You're not allowed to throw your arm into a QB's neck, intentional or not.

Soooooo what does he say about the helmet to helmet hit to PT in the divisional playoff game? What does he say about the defenseless hit to Colston last year when Colston got flipped upside down and was lucky to not break his neck? And hell no the calls still favor the niners from the Montana years. Scre him and that thug POS team.

There's so much butthurt about it from 49ers fans. There's a nice article on the front page of Yahoo with gems like:
quote:

If you are a 49ers player, coach, executive or fan, anger is a reasonable feeling after their 23-20 loss to the Saints.
quote:

Brooks couldn't have really hit Brees anywhere else (remember, Brees is pretty short for a quarterback). It was a great play. But the flag came, because the flag always comes these days.
quote:

So feel free to be upset, San Francisco. Actually, if you're an NFL fan outside of New Orleans, you might want to be a little peeved. The 49ers were robbed.

Oh boo hoo, the big meanies won the game.

It's just one of those it sucks that that is a penalty plays, but that was clearly a fricking penalty. If his arm wouldn't have wrapped around Brees' neck, it wouldn't have been called.

They got every call all fricking day, and that was an obvious foul.
