who would you start?

I have P.Harvin, D. Jackson, R.Cooper, and P.Garcon. I need to start 3 in a league that scores a point every ten yards, plus TDs.
Last week was the first time I have ever started two receivers from the same team as I usually avoid that. However, the situation was what it was, and worked out for me. Jackson, Riley, and Garcon all have good matchups, but I'm Leary of the two receiver thing again. Add Harvins potential into the mix.....I can't make my mind up. Thoughts?

The more important question is who is that in your Avi?
I would roll with Jackson, Cooper, and Garcon. Foles can support both and I would wait on Harvin until I see something out of him.
