Meaning full four quarters of sound, solid football. Not 1 good quarter then the rest bad or so so. Seems like a very long time to me .

Nah, the first half of that game was worse than people remember. I'd say any game in 2011. Decent Offense, great defense, great turnover margin, outstanding STs.

Agree with FLobserver, full complete game from beginning to end Va TEch, 2007. Not a single game IMO matches that 60 minute effort, the game against Bama 9-6 although good was not a complete 100 percent effort for 60 minutes. Again just my opinion.

ANY game in 2011? Georgia? Arkansas? Bama (either time)? We had complete games against some pretty garbage teams in 2011. Which is fine, because that's what great teams do to bad teams. But people forget how terrible we looked on offense at times during that season. Precursors of the egg that would get laid in the NCG.

Pick many games from the 2011 season. 1/9 understandably seems to make people forget how great that regular season was.

that was definitely one of the few and far between times an opponent was really OUT Coached by les and not just out matched based on talent alone. 2010 bama comes to mind as well. just giving credit where it is due.

we had some good games in 2011. Florida, Auburn come to mind. We destroyed them talent wise though.

Considering we lost 21-0 to that same team id say it was a 100% complete effort. Just because we didnt score 30pts doesnt mean the players didnt give it there all.

Weve played complete games this year. The defense just isnt as good as it used to be. Just because they give up yards doesnt mean they didnt play their best.
