V Cruz for Andre Brown?

Standard league. Here's my starting lineup.
R Wilson
J Charles, A Morris
V Jax, V Cruz, K Allen
T Gonzalez
Texans/Bears D
G Hartley
Cruz has put up single digits in 6 of the 9 weeks this season. Looking for consistency in the flex spot. My bench players are garbage including: Helu, J Stewart, S Greene, C Shorts

Antonio Brown is my most consistent player if you feel that you need a home run player to win in the playoffs, then keep cruz, but trade for brown if you feel confident in your team, because he will consistantly put up 8 to 13 points at his lowest

What is the format? 3WR, 2RB or 2WR, 2RB, Flex? Other?
Depending on format I like it. I think Andre Brown will be solid going forward. (I hope)
