Heat is way up there.

Glengarry Glenn Ross is probably the most dominant, cast member for cast member

Although somewhat retrospectively, Reservoir Dogs is solid.

The Wild Bunch and Ocean's Eleven (either one) - solid casts.

Good one - almost needs its own category:

"Number of actors who play members of their own military units, during action in which they participated."

Just think if there was a movie with Diniro and Pacino, plus Robert Duvall, James Caan, Diane Keaton, Talia Shire, Lee Strasberg, Bruno Kirby, John Cazale....

Truthfully, nothing is even remotely close.
