It's time to cut him loose. We have been hearing how he needs to get better, or this should get him worried about his job, or this will make him better. BS. Get someone who can be automatic from 40 yards in.

Exactly. From 40 in, in a dome it should be going straight through the fricking uprights every single time. Not hooking in, not left of center, but drilled down the middle end over end.
