Darrell Williams didnt want the offer after all.. why did they make the offer to Williams as an athlete and not Gage?
i know the coaches love him. especially if williams isnt interested like James says in his article in being offered as an athlete

Everyone would be thrilled with that list but you can't be happy if hootie doesn't come here and goes bama. Let's be honest.

So here's to hoping he comes to LSU and finishes off the dream team '14

"Well, the offer came as an athlete instead of running back, which he desired, and it may have left the door open for other programs."

shocker.

Gage has worked hard this year. It's not a shoker that Jimmy put him on the list. He has said Gage would get an offer since the summer.

If we get Jamal Adams you wouldn't be unhappy for very long. Of course we would love to keep Hootie and loosing him to Bama would hurt our pride but Jamal Adams is every bit as good as Hootie is.
