Launch titles

So I've ordered both Xbox and ps4. Which launch titles are the ones to get? The reviews I read tend to be all over the place.
Last game I played was skyrim on the xbox and nba 2k13. But I'm up for anything. Don't get a lot of time to play these days so looking for something exceptional.

I've got Dead Rising 3 coming in and am thinking that 2K14 will be awesome next gen too.
