Typical Bama Fan

I was talking with some coworkers this morning. One of the girls said she was a Bama fan. I asked her when did she become an Alabama fan. She said she was a longtime fan and didn't start liking them just because they were winning.
I asked her "Who was the coach before Nick Saban?"
Her response "Bear Bryant"
I asked her "Who was the coach before Nick Saban?"
Her response "Bear Bryant"

My favorite are the Southern Fans at my office that all of sudden have tons of Alabama gear to wear the Day before the LSU/Bama Game. When you ask them since when did they become an Alabama fan all they can say is "Roll Tide".

To be fair. I doubt most female LSU fans know who was the coach at LSU before Saban either.

I'd imagine if you ask the typical female LSU fan who coached LSU before Saban, most wouldn't know. The only reason a lot of them would even know Saban was the last coach is because that's all they hear LSU fans talk about.

A few years ago before Saban turned up at Bama, every one was screaming WAR EAGLE, when they had Cat. Williams & Brown. Since the gumps weren't doing very well, I didn't see much Maroon & white. Most are ban wagon fans, of course they are loud now, but if they lose a game they run under a log like a big catfish. One day they may ,

Why LSU fans still discuss college football with bama fans is beyond me.
