Disclaimer: I'm not sure if this topic has been discussed because I rarely venture over here due to the negativity that seems so prevalent on this board, so forgive me if this topic has been discussed.
As we know, Zach has been climbing up the draft boards with the quickness this season, as Cam as come in and set up an offense that compliments his passing skills. Hell, early in the season he was getting Heisman Hype. It also doesn't hurt to have two world-class receivers in ODB and Landry.
This game, at DBS, primetime, against the number one team and our top rival, and against the vaunted Saban D will ensure that a good performance cements him in the eyes of the media and more importantly NFL that he is worthy of a look among the top qbs. Of course, he will have to have a good workout at the combine and all else, but for the time being, this could be his "career" game.
Cam will allow him to throw in order to set up the run, and Mett will shine knowing that this is his one shot. He will play loose, and his star will continue to rise. This game is easily worth a million dollars to his NFL career, and he will lead us to victory.

That statement doesn't compute with...

He will play loose
If Mett truly believes this is his one shot (I don't believe it is), then it would only put more pressure on him to perform well.
I hope Mett plays within the system and stop forcing throws downfield where guys are covered. Take the easy throws to open WRs, RBs coming out of the backfield, and wide open TEs running down the middle of the field.
Do this and the NFL money will take care of itself.

Now that's the spirit that beat the Japanese

I think instead, Mett is likely to start doing Cialis commercials. Hopefully he can make it in the tire.

Bryant-Denny. Denny and Bryant. Same thing.

Saban is their DB coach. Hope that aspect doesn't get downplayed if Zach has a big day. The way Les gets torched if o-line has issues.

He just needs to make sure he completes the passes to the guys in purple and gold and not the red jersey guys from bama. I don't think i could stand it if LC does a pick 6 on us.

Gettin ahead of yourself here, brah.
This is the perfect game for us to win, and Mett will lead the charge.
Nobody in America (esp the betting public) give us a shot, the media is not giving us a shot, and Mett can earn that chedda this Saturday night in TTown.
Perfect frickin storm for a Tiga victory.

I'm just worried about the pressure that he's gonna see. Saban is gonna bring heat, you know that.

Mett forced the ball against ole miss because he knew what everybody else knew, they were depleted, so he was a little impatient. He will have a different mindset in this game.

Agree!! If Mett is on we win!!

And Cam Cameron gets paid a ton to know that as well.
Screens and short routes with a double move or two will burn them. Their corners and secondary are week, which leads us back to the thesis of this thread:
Mett will be Money!

Let's hope so! Forcing the ball into tight/double coverage has become more prevalent as the season wore on. I'm thinking Open Date U may have been a blessing. Time for everyone to regroup.
