This is getting insane. Monty doesn't have a clue on either side of the ball and he might be the worst motivator I've ever seen. It's time to move on, we have an assistant coach as a head coach

Good one, please tell me one thing we do really well. Our offense is pick and roll one on one and he is supposed to be a defensive minded coach and we give up 30+ point quarters every game

He's managed to turn Evans to an average at best bench player bc he has no clue on how to use him

Patient with what? The guy hangs his hat on defense, but the Pels suck on defense. He has ZERO ideas on offense. Monty is a crap head coach.

We need to stop accepting mediocre. We have the players now, it's completely bullshite that we need to gel. Look at what the Lakers did with Mike Brown last year. 5 games in and fired. Get rid of this guy now and don't wait for a 500 wasted season. If we would hire Karl we would have a legit shot a playoff but if you stick with Monty you will get the same damn excuse "young team, we need to gel, no talent"
