Looking at them objectively, their only good win was a shootout victory over Texas A&M.

A game played early in the season that they obviously focused on heavily all offseason after losing to them last year.

I'm just not impressed with their season thusfar, and they may simply not be battle-tested for the always physical matchup between these two teams.

Punch these frickers right in the mouth, and they may, or may not, be able to recover.

I think they are as good as advertised. The have gotten better each week like most of the teams in the sec.

Good team plus easy schedule equals rested team.

Rested but unproven.

Let's see...they've played 1 tough game all year thusfar, while LSU has tangled with TCU, Auburn, Georgia, and Florida. Two quite different resume's.

LSU is healthy after playing that gauntlet, the experience will surely matter when the pads start popping.

Bama can't bring anything LSU hasn't already seen this season, and that's an LSU advantage that could prove to be a game changer.

Let's see, a close to full strength OM team lost to BAMA 25-0. A M*A*S*H* unit if an OM team wiped the floor with us. All you need to know.

That's not as impressive as it once appeared.

Florida in 97 would fit that bill. That team ended up losing to UGA 37-17 also and when LSU played them no one knew anything about UF.

Yea, A&M proved that this year. Look, LSU could win but you better bring it for 60. A punch in the mouth won't put us on the canvas. You must be reflecting back to circa 1997-2006. Not the same Bama.

Their last 4 opponents that all these LSU fan, orally fixated, Saban fans and the media keeps bringing up and how they've rolled and haven't been tested....

No shite they haven't been tested.

BAMA's last 4 opponents have a combined record of 9-26.

Nice job. Undeserved #1 ranking/attention, IMO.

They are destroying teams now. They are very good, make no mistake.

I would hope so. Their last four opponents haven't won 10 games combined.

The Auburn win looks pretty good. Georgia is still very solid. TCU was healthy when we played them.

If a few 17 yr olds were playing football with a bunch of 9 year olds in the back yard, they'd destroy them too.

I think Tiger fans would have to say their curb stomping of Ole Miss was a good win.

I don't know what could ever impress you then. You are one of those guys who sees an OT 10 thread and says "Her lips are funny, WNH".

I have watched them on TV many times this year. They are a machine.

True, but it still beats the hell out of the creampuffs Bama has faced.

Not sure about this. They have DOMINATED teams they were supposed to dominate. LSU not so much. But yes LSU is the BEST team they will have faced this year. AND I believe LSU goes in there and beats them.

You mean the mighty 3-6 TCU that we struggled to beat?

Our opponents' combined records (where we won) is 19-33.

Take out Auburn - who Bama plays anyway and the total is 11-32. That's right...11-32.

Our vaunted Schedule outside of BAMA's common opponents is terrible.
