Didnt he get popped for roids at some point which fricked up his recruitment? I heard that somewhere
He acted like a crazier/stronger version of the guys that were on our team that i know took roids when we played him my sophmore year so its an easy assumption to make

I dunno, all i got was hearsay honestly
What happened to the otber DE/DT for them? I think he was a year or two younger than Bates. He killed us both years we played them, and i remember our Oline coach talking about him being the main focus because he was better than Bates was
