According to FedEx tracking, my mens season tickets were delivered this afternoon and left at the front door. When I got home a bit ago, no sign of them. I am going to assume the driver left them at the wrong house and a neighbor has them. If they don't show up by Monday, I will contact LSU. Anyone ever experienced this? How much of a hassle am I looking at?

contact LSU? you better call fedex. They did this with my ps3. Luckily the neighbor was an old women and had no freaking idea what the thing was, she called fed ex and they came picked it up and dropped it off at my house. I had no idea this happened and if the lady wasnt a good samaritan i would have been out a ps3.

Mine says I wasn't home to accept delivery.

Not only was I here all day, signature isn't required.

Who knows. If you don't have them Tuesday, call the ticket office. They'll reissue them.

I'm thinking LSU because they need to know to cancel those tickets and reissue new ones to me.

Just call LSU Monday and they'll send you new ones and cancel your old tickets.

I had this happen a few years ago with my Baseball season tickets. UPS delivered them to the wrong address. I finally tracked them down, but not before having to force LSU to print me a whole new replacement set (was like pulling teeth...I actually had to call Alleva's office and raise hell).

I finally got the originals back from the party they were mistakenly delivered to (I think he was planning some shenanigans with them...had to threaten to get the EBRSO involved) and turned them back into LSU.

Since then, everything I do is handled via Will Call. I pick the tickets up at the ticket office myself. You just can't trust the delivery systems.

Call Fed Ex tomorrow, have them ask the delivery guy where he left them. If you wait more than a day the guy won't remember with all of the deliveries he makes daily. Don't wait.

This.

Call FedEx and see if they have a record of where the Driver left them. If they did, then you have dickhead neighbors. If not, then somebody snatched them. Either way, they will both feel like assholes once the tickets don't work, and/or the person(s) they sold them to come back to talk to them about the tickets they bought from them that don't work. Either way, like others have said, contact LSU to get a new set of tickets and you should be good.
