When digging into who this guy is, he is a longtime AFC nut-hugger (hence why he has 3 AFC teams in the top spot).
STEVE CORKRAN'S NFL RANKINGS
1. Colts (5-2)
In 11-year history of rivalry, Colts 18-4 vs. Texans; DE Robert Mathis already matched career-high for sacks in one season with 11?1/2
2. Chiefs (8-0)
Alex Smith first QB since merger in 1970 to win first eight games with new team; playing Bills on Sunday with chance to increase division lead to 1 ½ games over idle Broncos
3. Broncos (7-1)
Bye week; traveling to San Diego for AFC West showdown Nov. 10, with Peyton Manning on pace for 5,838 yards passing and 58 touchdown passes
4. Seahawks (7-1)
CB Richard Sherman intercepted seven passes in past seven homes games; Seahawks hosting winless Buccaneers on Sunday in game between franchises that entered league in 1976
5. 49ers (6-2)
Bye week; hosting resurgent Panthers on Nov. 10 in first game since return from London, eyeing sixth straight victory
6. Bengals (6-2)
Andy Dalton posted 1,034 yards, 11 TDs and 126.0 passer rating past three games; Bengals playing Dolphins on Thursday night in search of fifth straight victory
7. Patriots (6-2)
Tom Brady passed for 947 yards, 9 TDs and 0 interceptions past three games vs. Steelers; Patriots won past six games played in November
8. Saints (6-1)
Defensive coordinator Rob Ryan game-planning for way to shut down twin brother Rex's Jets offense; WR Marques Colston 119 yards away from setting franchise record for most career receiving yards (Eric Martin, 7,854).
9. Packers (5-2)
Hosting Bears on Monday night in only Week 9 game that features two teams with winning records; Aaron Rodgers won past six starts against Bears, including playoffs
10. Lions (5-3)
Bye week; go to Chicago for Nov. 10 rematch against Bears team they beat 40-32 earlier this season

have you decided to take on gay roles yet?

He's just too much of a man to take gay roles. It wouldn't be believable, like casting Thor to play Eric the Midget in a movie.

Because they are absolutely meaningless

Why do they let some people put stock in NFL rankings?
They're click bait plain and simple.
