A nice 72 degrees with roof closed for the early games. Open it up later in the year and take in the nice fall weather.

No

The stadium needs hundreds of improvements before a retractable roof

HKS, Inc. is the architectural firm responsible for the stadium’s design, with Walter P Moore working as the Structural Engineer of Record. The stadium features a retractable roof and window wall, thus allowing the Colts to play both indoors and outdoors. The surface is FieldTurf. The elements of kinetic architecture will provide for quick conversion of the facility to accommodate a variety of events

Do not want. If we could get our wish of more night games, this would solve the problem anyway. But since neither is going to happen, I'll just continue to drink so much I don't realize the heat.

I would be in favor of it but not in favor of paying for it.

Simple solution: play games at night

From a visitor standpoint, the idea of a night game in Tiger Stadium, with a roof to enclose the noise... I actually think it would rupture eardrums.

The SuperDome can get pretty loud, but I think a lot of that is by virtue of the roof. If TS had it, it would legitimately render anything other than a silent count, useless for an away team.

I would be in favor of a retractable roof. Then we could bitch about people leaving early because of the noise level.

It's freaking college football. It's supposed to be out in the elements.
