Jarvis Jones has been demoted back behind Jason Worilds on the depth chart.
Speaking Tuesday, coach Mike Tomlin said Jones has to play better from an assignment standpoint. He added that Worilds' attention to detail has been better. It's a disappointing turn of events for the No. 17 overall pick in the draft, as he was making a few flash plays each game.

AKA, he needs more experience learning the complicated blitz schemes of Dick LaBeau.

You think that being on a shitty team might affect his play a little? Would Jones be a better player in the Ryan scheme? Don't know.
Vaccarro has certainly gotten out of the gate earlier than Jones but it's way too early in the process to declare a winner.

True, and we don't have to keep beating this drum..

But this whole board was going meltdown mode when Vaccarro was picked. It's nice to see that our coaches still seem to know what they are doing.

Not surprised and I called it before the draft that the COLLEGE system he was in suited his skills but he was too lazy to adapt to the NFL and will at best be a 5-8 sack a year guy.

I guess I really overshot my estimate.
