Wasn't brain surgery. It was really easy actually.
I followed directions for my favorite salsa from a place I went to when I lived in Florida.
Doesn't look like much in the Cuisinart but it tastes just like the real thing.
Best salsa I've had.

My fault! I was excited from making it for the first time, I completely forgot! to me
2 lbs tomatoes
1 white onion, sliced
2 jalapenos
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tblspoons black pepper
Grill on open flame the tomatoes, onion and jalapenos.
-About 3 min for tomatoes, turn them and grill for a couple more minutes. When they split and get slightly charred remove.
-The onions grill for about 4 min, turn and grill for 3 min or so.
-Jalapenos for about 4 min, turn, about another 3.
Remove and let them all cool. Cut the stems off of jalapenos, core the tomatoes.
Put remaining ingredients into food processor along with the tomatoes, onion and jalapenos. Blend until your desired consistency (I did it for about 10 seconds).
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
Not my recipe, I can't take credit for it. Just glad it turned out so great!
