Serious questions: (I fully admit not being up to date on the expansion)
Will this new expansion remain separate from the lower bowl -- or will it be connected to the existing stadium's lower bowl?
I believe it will be connected to the East and West Upper --- correct?

It will be a free standing structure.

Video boards will be connected at the corner of the end zone structure. so it's probably free standing.
