We are such a spoiled fan base, it isn't even funny

I was listening to sports radio and people act like the season is over because we can't win the division.
Spoiled.
How about being one of the top teams of the last decade?
People want a coaching change.
Spoiled.
How about we have one of the top three winningest coaches right now, who would you replace him with?
I remember when I was going to LSU, we had a packed stadium, and fans were crazy and into the game. At best in my time we went to the damn Independence bowl, and were happy with it.
We have a damn good bowl every year. Stop thinking we are going to win it all every year and just enjoy the game.

We have a spoiled Coach. Where is the desire to win the conference title? Where are the good decisions? He needs to cew some butt when the players screw up. Where is that fire to out smart your opponent ?
He has shown many times his fallacies. But so many are just happy to go to the chick fillet bowl. The talent in louisiana is to good to settle for that.

If Tulane type aspirations are all you ever strive for than a Tulane type program is all you'll ever. Seems like a waste of recruiting to me.

I dont understand some of yals thought processes, maybe its you didnt play sports, I am not sure. But the way I was taught and brought up was settling for anything but number 1 is bullshite. The thought process of "Hey as long as we win 10-11 games I am good with that", is fricking pathetic, especially with the talent that has come through LSU in the recent years. Yal are as bad as the fricking minivan moms that make sure every kid get a trophy even if the didn't win shite all year. Over the past 5 years very few teams other than Bama have been able to put the class and amount/depth of talent on the field as LSU. We could easily be where Bama is right now. I would understand if we're losing due to lack of talent or depth similar to this year or injuries ie Georgia. But far too often that has not been the case.

That's what winning SEC and National Championships do. They create very high expectations for the program, as they should. Growing up, I just locked in a loss against BAMA. They owned us under the Bear. A lot of LSU fans now use BAMA as a measuring stick and that's unfortunate because at this point we are not on pace with them since Saban took over the program (like most of the teams in the SEC). We have a shot to close that gap if (and it's a big if) we close strong on the 2014 and 2015 recruiting classes.
