Let someone take $150-200K out of your pocket and let's see how you feel.

What if grumbling showed up and gave Jackson state staff infections, would Jackson state have been happy then

I am sure the Jackson State coaches, trainers, and managers would have bee furious if Grambling infected them...

LA taxpayers will foot the bill. Wish Jindal didn't turn down the federal grant just to gain brownie points with his beloved GOP.

What do you think LSU would do if Furman would suddenly forfeit their game this week?

Bad analogy. Think of a school more on LSU's level pulling this stunt.

If I was the President of Grambling, I would offer to play the game the next two seasons at Jackson State (forfeiting the right to host next year's home games).

Make those kids ride the bus to Jackson unnecessarily next season....

I just hope the state of Louisiana holds Grambling accountable and doesn't help them at all.

I was wondering what was going on. Jackson St. plays across from the University of Mississippi's medical school where I was studying this past weekend. I knew Grambling wasn't playing but they had tons of people partying.

Sad day for my beloved SWAC. Eddie Robinson is turning over in his grave. On one hand im glad the players took a stand, but on the other hand I think they are a bunch of pussies.

Their facilites didnt become like this overnight..why didnt they protest a few years back when they were winning the SWAC west? Why wait until you suck arse this year about to go against the #1 team in the SWAC?

If a storied 1-AA program like GSU has facilities like this, I wonder what Mississippi Valley State's facilites look like. They are the poorest school in the poorest state, yet their players are not pulling stuff like this.

what's the point of Grambling showing up next week? Wouldn't that nullify they're stance last week?

So you agree with the Mansfield Wal-Mart/Sam's shoppers who mad a dash for free food? You would have done the same?

This is about much more than facilities and even football.

This is about the few people on campus or otherwise associated with the school taking a stand against a corrupt administration.

....the chances of that happening are slim and none. The state (taxpayers) has always picked up the tab for GSU and political pressure keeps the $$$ flowing

coach Karl Morgan of Valley will tell you they are shite. Straight up.

He puts his money, his own time and effort into building and cleaning things for his football team.

Prairie View A&M also has it worse than Grambling.
