I just bought a new battery for my 4 wheeler and I get home to put it in thinking I'm just going to pop it in and go. Nope you have fill it with the acid charge and some other bs. Is this normal? Do the sell a ATV battery already "assembled"?

I think so from a stealership. Will cost about twice as much.

You can get a sealed batt that will be filled but they cost twice as much. they usually last twice as long though.

If you let wheeler sit more than a month at the time buy a batt tender.

Next year, when you have to replace this one, (yes it is normal to have to fill and charge lead/acid batteries) go to any parts house and buy an absorbed glass mat, or AGM, battery. It will run you about $70, but will be worth it. They come ready to use, don't need as much maintainence, and will last 3-4x as long. When you put your 4-wheeler up after hunting season, take the battery out and out it OB a shelf. The next year, when you get ready for hunting season, put a good charge on it and it's ready to go.

Wholesale Battery. You can call them and tell them the part number or the ATV and they will fill it and charge it before you pick it up. And the price is much better than any dealership, Walmart, Bass Pro etc...
