Unannounced show. He's in town with the Blues Cruise (ship is parked in NO for the night). Guitar Lightning Lee, Little Freddie King and King James and the Special Men will be there, too. Show starts at 8. This is the same place that Robert Plant showed up unannounced about 3 months ago.

Amazingly, its a free show, and the booze at BJ's is dirt cheap. Supposedly, a ton of the other musicians from the blues cruise will be taking part. I live 2 blocks away, so I'm all in.

Any update on how this show was from those of you lucky enough to check it out?

He was a no show. Per Little Freddie King, he had agreed to perform, but pulled out claiming fatigue. Was a great night in any event with the other three bands: King, Lightning Lee and King James.

I work with a lady that looks like a Winter brother.

She was a no show yesterday, too.
