At what point do people stop renewing season tickets?

The timing for the price increases could not be worse. Horrible traffic and parking situations (which will only get worse due to new upper deck), a shitty home schedule, and the fan apathy that has been discussed on this board ad nauseum. Supply going up, demand going down, entertainment options going up, personal incomes going down.
There is supposedly some magic number for the price of gasoline at which people will stop or seriously curtail their driving. I don't think we know what that number is, because we've never hit it. I think the magic number for college football season ticket holders (not just LSU) is going down.

No evidence of this. The seats with no asses in them are still paid for.

Not likely to happen by any noticeable amount. BUT, I suspect a good number season ticket holders will begin to sell some of their premium game tickets for above-market prices when the market allows.

Hopefully dick shits like you will stop renewing soon so that other fans that are chomping at the bit trying to get tickets would have an opportunity.

Hopefully soon I could use an upgrade

Alleva could either care less about the fans or he's just plain dumb. I mean think about it, after talk of attendance becoming an issue for home games and addressing concerns about miserable experiences during gameday which is causing fans to lose interest in going.
Which is followed up by his next announcement.
Increase ticket prices!

OK, but at what point do people get tired of taking a bath on tickets when they don't go? For the folks who only go to the premium matchups, how are they going to feel essentially paying $600 next year for a ticket to Alabama game since most of the rest will probably get sold for pennies on the dollar.

Well, I might have offered to sell you a couple of mine before you called me a dick shite.

I will likely let mine go after this year.

Stop whenever you want, someone else will pick them up immediately.

My family tickets will likely be given up this year, and they are pretty sweet.
It's more an issue of a group of people not being able to work together and everyone having equal say following a death than anything specific on or off the field. However, the price increase was the nail in the coffin.

Everyone keeps saying this, but before the season the ticket exchange on here was littered with tickets. I had a pair I was selling in the lower bowl for face and was barely able to get that.

You can make too much money on them to give them up. It's stupid.

Let's see, I have young sons with young children so our season tickets and parking pass won't be available until at least 2113.

I don't understand posts like this. Anyone who wanted to attend any home game this year could easily do so paying face value or less. It's not like those without season tickets are excluded from attending the games.
