Redfield Revenge at BPS for 199.00

It's the 3x9x52. I know this has been discussed alot here, but I'm about to buy this scope. Thoughts?

i looked at scopes for 2 months straight! 
i was going to get a redfield, i think the revenges are not made in same place as the revolutions are "cheaper made" could be wrong.

Redfield's warranty is pretty impeccable for the price of the revenge. Can't you get the revolution 3x9x40 for about the same price?

Amazon has been having good deals on the nikons. I put a revenge on my 25-06. Going to sight it in this afternoon.

I have a Redfield Revolution 4-12x by 40mm on my AR15. She has good glass and still holds a zero very well. I don't know the validity of them outsourcing the other line of scopes, but my experience has been a positive one.

This^^^ Nikon gives you high quality with a mid range price tag, JMO.

was going to get a nikon "have several and pleased" but ended up paying $280 for a zeiss terra 3x9x42.... and absolutely love the glass

I got the 52mm Revenge for Christmas and my dad ran and bought one as soon as he looked through it.
I like it so far. But im sure you'd be happy with a Rifleman/VX1 as well.
