My other running backs are

Lacy
Trent
Chris Johnson
McGahee

My tight ends are Julius Thomas and Greg Olsen,
You can play tight end at flex though.

Who will have a bigger impact ROS?

Your need is much greater at rb, but I think that Reed has more potential to be a better fantasy player. The situation in TB just sucks.

If Doug couldn't run in TB, then no way Mike James will.

Reed...Mike James is worthless. As another poster said, if Martin can't find running room in TB, what maked you think James will?

Jordan Reed got numbers in a high scoring game. Dude was the 20th best TE coming in.

But he's more valuable than a guy who is now starting RB. James can do the same thing Martin did.

Our waivers reset every week. I will probably pick up James just in case he turns out to be awesome.
